So my flight to Atlanta is finally booked, Tara‘s sorting her flight tomorrow, courtesy of her employer, and as for Devon‘s ticket, that’s a long story, but hopefully we’ll be getting that sorted in the next few days.
We booked my ticket yesterday morning after spending ages on various price comparison sites. Maybe we need a price comparison site for price comparison sites? We ended up using Opodo and booking a flight with Delta.
We’re flying out on 10th August and coming back on 3rd September, so our much needed long break is only 19 days away, so I’ve definitely got Georgia on my Mind!
Talking of Georgia on my Mind, I didn’t realise it was the official state song of Georgia, as I’m dating a Southern Gal, I guess it’s something I should have known! The version I’m used to is by Ray Charles, so check this out:
